Exciting Expansion in Metro Detroit
We have an exciting announcement! Our newest therapy clinic in Clinton Township is now open, marking our latest expansion into a new area of Metro Detroit. This impressive 19,000 square foot facility, which began welcoming clients in September, is specifically designed to serve children up to 12 years old. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of therapy services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
Join Us for Our Open House
To celebrate the launch of our new clinic, we warmly invite you to attend our upcoming Open House. The event will take place on Thursday, November 6, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our beautiful new clinic and our therapeutic spaces. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet members of our dedicated team.
Our Journey to Macomb County
Healing Haven has always placed a strong emphasis on the quality of care we provide. Over the course of nine years, we have grown into an innovative autism therapy campus located in Madison Heights, which now spans more than 45,000 square feet across four clinics. These clinics are creatively designed to support individuals from age 2 through young adulthood and offer ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Developmental Testing, and Autism Evaluations. In addition, our team of counselors is available to support parents, siblings, and individuals affected by autism or other diagnoses.
Given the increasing number of families traveling from across Metro Detroit to reach our Madison Heights campus, we expanded to Farmington Hills in 2024. We also noticed more families from Macomb County making the journey to Madison Heights, prompting us to expand into Clinton Township.
Ensuring Quality Care in Clinton Township
Our new Clinton Township clinic features leadership from our Madison Heights campus to guarantee a seamless transition of therapy quality and uphold the Healing Haven culture. The clinic consists of two distinct spaces. The Early Learners area for our youngest clients, focusing on school readiness, social, and play skills. And the School & Community Readiness area for older clients, emphasizes the development of school skills, daily living, and social skills with their peers. Additionally, dedicated speech and occupational therapy spaces enable us to apply our multidisciplinary approach, maximizing each child’s developmental potential.
Who Should Attend the Open House?
- Parents: Parents of children up to 12 years old seeking therapy services are encouraged to attend. Our waitlists are short, allowing therapy to begin in as little as four weeks, depending on the schedule. Parents with concerns about their child’s development are welcome to ask questions about our evaluation process. Testing and assessments are conducted at our Madison Heights campus.
- Pediatricians, Teachers, and Therapists: Professionals who work with individuals with autism and pediatricians are invited to attend. You will learn about the supports available for your patients and students.
- Job Seekers: Our HR team will be present for those interested in career opportunities working with children with autism. Open positions across our three locations include Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
