As a result of the continued increase in children receiving an autism diagnosis, the demand for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services grows with it.
We are hiring dedicated and energetic individuals for full and part-time Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician positions. These roles provide one-on-one therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. ABA therapy helps to increase communication, social, play, and life skills.
We are also hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) as well as students who are studying to become BCBAs. Our robust Practicum Program, Compass, provides thorough training in all aspects of being a BCBA through a variety of roles within our organization.
All of these positions make a direct impact on a child’s life–and that impact has ripple effects to their family and friends.

All of our Recruiters have worked directly with our clients in a variety of positions, including: Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, Senior Registered Behavior Technicians, Building Monitors, Group Leaders, as well as a Practicum Student and BCBA. A few important details to know:
First, we don’t require previous ABA therapy experience for our Behavior Technician position. We provide thorough, hands-on, didactic, and online training to develop competency in applied behavior analysis. Additionally, Healing Haven provides Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Further, we offer continual support and training throughout employment. And finally, there are many opportunities for growth and advancement in our company.
We have three locations in Metro Detroit:
- Madison Heights – our one-of-a-kind campus of four clinics, serving children from 2 years up to young adults
- Clinton Township – our expansive clinic serving children up to12 years old
- Farmington Hills – our mock-school clinic designed for children up to 8 years old
ABA and Autism
In April 2025, the Center for Disease Control updated the autism diagnosis prevalence in the United States. The rate increased to 1 in 31 children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. It’s important to note that ABA therapy is the most frequently recommended therapy for supporting the development of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. ABA Therapy teaches children how to communicate, play and socialize with their peers, as well as learn important life skills.
